AUTOMATIC MACHINE FOR THE PRODUCTION OF COMPRESSES

The bending machine is designed for the manufacture in continuous process of compresses of hydrophilic gauze (Rectilínea, Mesh, Circular).
The great advantage of these models is that it allows to work directly with large coils without the need to use pre-cut coils, thus speeding up production.
The folding machines with direct transfer is the best solution to the total automation of the production line, together with the range of collection robots.

Designed and complying with the current directives on machinery, (D89 / 392 / CEE, D73 / 23 / CEE and D89 / 336 / CEE), it has different warning systems for the operator in case of product jams.

Equip a touch screen interface in which you can access very intuitively to make changes to the compress model as any other parameter programmed.

It has a system of stacking by groups, completely adjustable, to facilitate the collection and subsequent packaging.

• Machine useful width: 620mm. • Transverse cutting system (Rotary Cutting).
• Width / bore diameter: 120cm/90cm. • Estimated production: From 60 to 70 Cuts / minute x way.
(The speed will depend on the thermoformer, calculated on the basis of 12 steps per minute in groups of compresses per alveolus).
• Number of ways: 6 ways. • Programmable PLC screen (Quick change format selection).
• Formats: 10x10
(Other intermediate formats can be produced adapting to the needs of the client).
• Power: 380Vac.
• Layers: 4,8,12. • Power: 2 motors of 1 and 1,5cv + 1 Servomotor of 400w with planetary reducer.
• Folding type: Standard. • Air consumption: 6,26 l/s.
• Safety and protection system under CE regulations. • Sensors: End of coil, Gauze jam, Gauze measurement, Gauze lack.
(OPTIONAL) • RX contrast wire welding system.
